FEAR AND DOUBT:

We all have it right? To one degree or another, whether we admit it or not, we all suffer at the hands of Doubt- usually accompanied closely by its close friend Fear. When we speak of ‘doubt’, what are we talking about?

PLANNING YOUR TRIATHLON SEASON:

Multisport Mag shared 8 Ironmans in 8 days around Australia #8in8in8's photo. ...

Emotional reunion today for Craig and the inspirational Robbie Johnstone and his mum Jacquie. You may recall Robbie was at the start of Ironman no.5 in Canberra, he sat on the side of the pool in his wheelchair and cheered for Craig and then even jumped in and kicked 500m while Craig finished his 3.8k swim. Robbie and his amazing parents then came out and cheered Craig on until 11pm on the run course. 3+ years ago Robbie was hit while walking across a pedestrian crossing while on campus at Canberra Uni. Despite being told otherwise, he continues to make a remarkable recovery and only this week walked 2.5kms on a treadmill. He can also ride a bike and swims regularly. Incredibly also, he has regained his ability to remember and retain things again and is now back studying chemistry, biology and learning a 2nd language. Robbie was and still is, an incredible source of inspiration for many, Craig included and definitely played his part in the success of #8in8in8. A big thanks to Triathlon ACT exec. director Craig Johns for organising todays reunion. #johnmacleanfoundation
